I do not require a deposit and you will not be asked to pay for anything until your commissioned piece is complete and ready to be either collected or posted to you, at which point I will ask for full payment, if you are unhappy with your order you will be able to return it within 14 days for a full refund. I usually allow 4 - 6 weeks to complete a commission but if your time scale is shorter than this, please call me as it may be possible to give priority.

If you require a sample of a hair accessory sending to you in the post,I am very happy to do this, I require the full cost of that item plus P&P - if you contact me I can give you the cost of this. The cost of the item/s posted will be returned by cheque when those items are returned to me. All items posted must be by Recorded delivery.
